Refund policy
Digital products
Everything sold by Spenthra Labs is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your files are delivered by email as soon as your order is confirmed.
Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please read the product description and preview images carefully before you buy.
When we will refund you
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You never received your download link and we were unable to deliver the file to you.
- The file is faulty or corrupted, or is materially different from what the product page described, and we cannot repair or replace it.
In these cases, email support@spenthra.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.
Trouble with your download
If your download link does not work, has expired, or the PDF will not open, please email support@spenthra.com before asking for a refund. We can almost always re-send the file the same day.
Cancellations
Orders are fulfilled automatically and instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.
