Nothing is shipped

Spenthra Labs sells digital products only. There is no physical parcel, no courier, no shipping address to enter and no delivery charge — anywhere in the world.

How you receive your files

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links are emailed to the address you used at checkout. This is usually instant; allow up to 15 minutes at busy times.

You can download your files as many times as you need.

If your email does not arrive

• Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
• Confirm you typed your email address correctly at checkout.
• Still nothing? Email support@spenthra.com with your order number and we will send the files directly.

Printing your PDF

Our products are designed for A4 paper. Print at 100% or “actual size” rather than “fit to page” so the letter sizing stays correct. You can also read them on a tablet without printing.
