Cloud Kitchens — 30-Day Social Media & WhatsApp Marketing Kit
A month of Instagram and WhatsApp content for your cloud kitchen — already written, already designed. You edit. You don't create.
Running a delivery kitchen already takes your whole day. Prep, service, packing, the pass at peak, chasing a rider, answering WhatsApp between all of it.
Then somewhere in there you're supposed to plan posts, write captions, think of Reels, and work out how to get the people ordering through an app to order from you directly instead.
This kit does the planning and the writing. You add your food, your photos and your numbers.
What you get
65 editable Canva templates, in five links
- 30 Instagram posts — a month of feed content, 4:5, built for your photos
- 15 Instagram Stories — with the native stickers marked where they go
- 10 WhatsApp Status designs — English and Hinglish versions of every line
- 5 Reel covers — so your grid doesn't break where a Reel lands
- 5 packaging insert cards — print at 4 × 6 in and put one in the box
11 PDFs of written content
- A 30-day content calendar — topic, design text, photo direction and call to action for every day
- 90 captions — short English, detailed English and Hinglish for all 30 days, with hashtags
- 50 WhatsApp messages — every stage from first enquiry to complaint to feedback, in English and Hinglish
- 10 Reel scripts you can shoot on a phone
- 15 Story ideas and 10 Status messages
- 20 promotional offers, each with a warning about what it does to your margin
- 15 review reply templates — for the good ones and the bad ones
- A direct-order playbook — the actual sequence for turning an app order into a repeat direct one
The two files that aren't in a generic marketing kit
Review replies. A public one-star review is answered in front of every future customer. There are 15 templates here for that, including the ones where you were genuinely at fault — written to sound like an operator, not a support macro.
Packaging insert cards. The card in the box is the only marketing that reaches somebody who already ordered and already liked the food. There are five, and the playbook is honest about the part most guides skip: whether you may use them at all depends on your agreement with the channel that order came through. Read your terms first. The kit tells you how.
Built for a free Canva account
Nothing here uses a Canva Pro element. Two fonts, both free on every account. Open the link, File → Make a copy, and all the pages are yours to edit forever.
Written for Indian cloud kitchens
Hinglish throughout, in Roman script. Placeholders for FSSAI number, delivery area, minimum order value and delivery time. WhatsApp treated as the main ordering channel, because for most kitchens it is.
What it does not do
- It doesn't guarantee orders, followers or a conversion rate — nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't.
- It doesn't include your photographs, Canva Pro, or a QR code generator.
- It isn't legal advice about your platform agreements or your FSSAI obligations. Where the kit tells you to check something, you check it.
- It makes no health claims, no “100% hygienic” claims, and invents no reviews or scarcity — because those cost more than they earn.
The arithmetic
₹199, once. Less than the commission on a couple of average orders. If the kit brings one customer to order from you directly instead of through an app, and they order twice, it has paid for itself. That is the whole case for it.
